The free tier is limited to 1000 registered users. Once the account reaches 1000 users – irrespective of how many active users there are, the account will need to upgrade to a paid account to continue accepting new users. We are not responsible for outages or circumstances beyond our control, however, from time-to-time the service may need to be bought down for scheduled maintenance or upgrades. In this event, we will do our best to keep this to a minimum and will attempt to give you advance notice of any such incidents.
